By accessing or using Wingman ("the Service") at afwingman.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Wingman is a personal productivity web application designed to assist users with personal organization and administrative tasks including tracking, note-taking, and planning features.
Wingman is not an official U.S. Air Force, Department of Defense, or U.S. Government application. It is an independent commercial software product.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree to use Wingman only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
You are responsible for the data you enter into Wingman. Do not enter information that is classified, FOUO, or that you are not authorized to process on commercial systems. Wingman is designed for unclassified administrative data only.
You retain ownership of the data you enter. By using the Service you grant Wingman a limited license to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Wingman uses artificial intelligence to assist with drafting bullets, counseling summaries, and other documents. AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before use. Wingman makes no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for official use.
Always verify policy information on official sources such as myPers, AF Portal, or the applicable DAFI before taking official administrative action.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wingman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to errors in AI-generated content used in official administrative actions.
Wingman is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or approved by the U.S. Air Force, Department of the Air Force, Defense Health Agency, or any other U.S. Government entity. Use of Wingman on government computer systems is subject to your installation's IT policies and is solely your responsibility.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
